At the time I was one of the few landlords who rented out detached holiday homes instead of apartments. That was then without luxury furnishings, swimming pool and internet. Nowadays, modern people can no longer do without it and Croatia is once again completely part of it as a holiday destination. I now leave the rental of houses to Janny. In addition, I have also started to rent out boats. I try to make a difference with this, because you can reserve them in advance for a certain time. This does not have to be combined with the rental of one of my holiday homes, these can also be rented out on a trailer. There are a number of permanent berths, so you can always use the boat. If desired, I can also give instructions and there is also regular opportunity to sail with .Every year there are many returning, but it is still not possible to extend the season. In spring and autumn I would like to organize active holidays. Spring, and especially late summers are so wonderful around the Adria.
