SALAKOVIC
Salakovci is a rural village, about 4 km from the old town of Labin, with pleasant coastal towns such as Rabac, Trget and Sv Marina in the immediate vicinity. It is a multi-year project, where all facilities are already present and an apartment is usable. The project is based on a collective building for groups and 8 apartments, but has now been changed to the realization of 5 larger apartments. Depending on the scope of support, the project can be completed in 4 years. There is also storage for vehicles and vessels on the site.
Project features: Completion of 5 spacious apartments on 3500 m2 of land. Overview of activities: Installing insulation/finishing the outer wall. Phased completion of the apartments. Description of work: The intention is to start with the insulation and finishing of the outer facade on June 2019, but depending on the interest, work can also be done in the building on the apartments to be realized.
NELSON 2
Nelson 2 is a Kelsall 40 catamaran of over 12 meters with overdue maintenance. Over the years, the boat has been rammed a few times by fellow yachts that have run wild and is being converted into a motor catamaran. The mast has already been removed and in addition to a lot of painting, also the conversion to fixed propellers with hydraulic drive. The yacht is ideal for touring with larger groups on that great Adriatic sea. The Catamaran must be ready to sail again this season, but depending on the possible deployment, it must be able to be used optimally again next year.
Project features: Refurbishment of a 40 foot catamaran. Overview of work: Converting motor installation with hydraulic drive. Major overhaul of the underwater hull and painting in general. Replace obsolete installations. Activities agenda: start June 2019 Duration: Estimated 1.5 years. Description of work: The intention is to start with the underwater hull, in combination with the installation of 2 fixed, hydraulically driven propellers. In addition, a lot of painting, both inside and out.
WELSEDERHOF
Welsederhof was built as an imperial post office in the 19th century and then served as a bank building for many years. Converted into a hotel with an excellent restaurant in the 1970s. After the fall of the German wall, a lot has changed in Germany and with the advent of the internet, the typical social beer pack disappeared and you saw catering establishments dilapidated and closing everywhere. The project consists of a long-term renovation with multiple possibilities. In any case, the intention is to make the property suitable for double occupancy with further possibilities on the ground floor and cellars.
Project features: Renovation of a former hotel. Overview of work: Insulating the roof and possibly replacing tiles. Paving around hotel and parking spaces. Phased renovation and reorganization of spaces. Painting outside and inside. Agenda activities: start November 2019 Duration: Estimated 4 years. Description of work: The intention is to start the insulation of the roof in the autumn of 2019 and also to install paving around the hotel, partly for stabilization and rainwater drainage, partly to be able to work better. There is also plenty to do all year round.
ARROW
Sagitta is a Grand Banks 42 classic built in Hong Kong and has been on shore for a few years waiting for a better destination. The yacht has been used for residential purposes for a number of years, but is not suitable for this in the winter. The seaworthy ship has 2 Ford turbodiesels, which make the ship very manoeuvrable. A lot needs to be done on the ship, especially since no maintenance has taken place in recent years. The start of the project is only interesting if it means that the ship is also made ready for use again with certainty.
Project features: Renovation of a Grand Banks 42 Overview of work: Refurbishment of the entire boat, checking and checking motorisation, technology and, above all, a lot of painting.
